Good god!
I dunno - I'm away from the forum for a while, I pop back in, only to find all this disgraceful talk of secret admirers! As well as some lovely forum members of the fairer sex having been marauding scantily clad parts of their body about and all sorts!
Well - it really doesn't help poor single old me in this hot weather!
I've just returned from a brief holiday in Barcelona where there's a far better ratio of hot women to, err... Not hot ones!
To make matters worse, a couple of weeks ago, I met one of my best female friend's old Uni mates - and rather lovely she was too!
A couple of days later, my friend tells me that I went down rather well...
'Great!'
Until she tells me that she's got a boyfriend.
She then continues to tell me that another one of her rather cute work colleagues thinks I'm fit too... Yeah - you guessed it. She's spoken for too!!!
I mean - WHY TELL ME!!??
A week later a female friend of mine tells me that if she'd have met me before she got together with her bloke, she'd have asked me out! I met her a week after she met him! :evil:
REALLY annoying!
I cant be bothered to go out looking for a girlfriend as such - it never feels right to me.
I also don't really have much time to spare for a girlfriend, what with running my own business, marshalling and my bike!
But I've been single for FAR too long now and I don't much like it!
Any way - I just wanted to vent my spleen a bit!!!
heh, I know how you feel.. I just got back from Serbia and there were SOOOOOOOOO many good looking women everywhere. Made me realise ive been single for too long but its alot of work.

Well - I've managed to get the latest picture I have of me from my SD card (my camera's battery just died, so had to wait an age for it to transfer via my iPaq!).
Again, not exactly brilliant and I'm obviously on the sauce again!! :lol: Well - I was on holiday!

This was taken after a long, hot day (42 degrees was shown on a temperature display!), so my litre of beer on La Rambla was well earned! :D

I'm just finding it harder than usual what with the hot weather ( :wink: ) but mostly through having had my mobile stolen in Barcelona last week and them not having the phone I want to replace it with (forgot to inform my phone insurance when I changed phone!), so I've got to wait 'til they get one into stock. There's also a wating list! :evil:
I've ased for a replacement SIM today as they now reckon they'll not be getting any phones in 'til sometime next week now (they said this week on Sunday!) but that takes 3 working days! :evil: :evil: :evil:

Not desperate - just venting steam here! Not many places I get to do that... I live alone, I work alone most of the time and at the moment, I don't have a mobile to just pick up & talk to someone on! :evil:

It'll be the same... too many people to give a new number to and I know my number now... I've had it about 6 years! also there's a fair few people who's numbers I lost on the phone! I didn't back it up onto my PC before I went away, so it was a few months out of date! :roll:

I've spent a lot of money on myself recently (my personal injury settlement) so I have 2 bikes (OK - only one works!) and my HiFi/Home cinema is pretty much completed and now stands at about the £20,000 mark! (Not that I paid that for it - it's what I do for a living!! :lol: )
But I'm just bored of it all... I'm not earning as much as I was either but i have a rather nice quality of life now - the boss doesn't tend to argue with me very much either!!! :lol: :lol:
