I Finally have all the bits required to get the bike back on the road. JHS took about a month to get the springs to me as they were on back order with Ohlins or something, then they left them under a seat and forgot to post them.

My bike will be ready just in time for winter, doh.

Let me and Northy loose on the bike for a weekend, and we'll have you out for a summer run. You have our phone numbers, plus Northy has the correct abba stand for doing the front fork job. I gave you those brake pads and braided lines too. Perfect chance to fit those whilst the front end is stripped. It's bleeding the brakes to put on new braided lines that will take the most time and hassle.

You got the new mirrors yet??

If I can grab Northy away from the pubs and music festivals for a day or two   We'll come to your house.

You've missed far too many runs and the nice weather this year.

I think the current plan is for sunday although yet to be confirmed.

Plan was to do everything at once if possible. Got the back damper too.

Can't wait to get back on it.
