"Big Up" for my lid

Some of you will remember the free Shark S500 helmets that were being given away with TWO mag last year. I've been using mine every since; always found it very stable.

However, today it excelled itself........I rode from Brecon to Cardiff (about 45 miles) at sometimes stupid speeds (it was hot and I needed to keep cool, officer!!) into a headwind and it didn't blow off even though I left Brecon without doing up the strap :shock: :shock:

Only found out when I got home.

Can't help thinking that I'm very lucky.

yeah they certainly are a summer helmet.
they do keep your head very cool compared to other helmets ive worn, but my chin does touch the front bit, and you cant have the visor "just a touch" open at triple figure speeds without it slamming all over the place.

oh, and my visor push button clip broke too.
