After 6 weeks left boot sole was coming away from boot all the way round except the heel. Had to argue quite hard with the national chain accessory shop in Hamilton to get them swapped.
No apology, no compensation, wouldnt allow me to buy better boots (paying the difference obviously) Not at all impressed with customer service. :evil:
So I wont be going back there, just a warning.
