A While ago my bro sold his blade as he was concerned that he was too old and risk to family etc.

While we knew he would be back, he has taken his time and looks to have got a bargain

flea bay strikes again (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=017&item=270008194007&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWN%3AIT&rd=1)

HPI rings true, he is on his way to pay/collect and a ride out scheduled for this afternoon

I'm beginning to swing towards a GSX-R750 for the next Huttmobile. Probably a couple of years though

Did about a hundred miles with him yesterday, whilst he got hiomself aclimatised with riding again and starting to learn the characteristics of the gixer.

Whilst it appears to be in good condition, it is in need of a damm good polish. I don't think it has ever seen any.

There is a wall type scratch on the front of the left hand front inidicator and about 1/4" wear to the surface coating on the outside of the front wheel spindle. and a chip in the front caliper mounting. The scratch is typical of catching a wall, the wear to the spindle surface coating could be anything, it is simply to the black surface there is no scratching to the material. The damage to the caliper mount is the only worry, it is too deep to have been a flying stone but on the top edge of the mounting and with the size it is not indicative of a drop. To hazard a guess I would say that perhaps somebody tried to angle grind off a chain that had bee put through the front wheel and came a bit close. it could possibly be the result of a disc lock being left on.
