Electrical System Failure

I was reinstalling my headlight assembly and horn the other day, afterward when i turn the key no lights come on at all. All the fuses seem to be instact. Could I have messed up the big black fuse? If I put my horn connectors on backward, could that be a culpret? I tried jumping it and jiggling the headlight wires to no avail. Alas...

Probably didn't connect an earth somewhere, do you own a multimeter?

Thing is, i didnt disconnect anything....

Well things just don't stop working all by themselves. Even if you move wiring around you could have knocked a connector so it's no longer making contact.
I had a similar thing recently when using a left hand SRAD switch gear on my bike.
