OK guys seeing as last night was as successful as it might've been how about some other suggestions?

The Windle Brook just on the A30 as you left into Bagshot village centre - its got a car park and benches right at the side the food is ok and the bar not that expensive
dunno what he ride there is like for you lot tho.

That ones a good one but unsure how close it is for other people. I cant think of many pubs near the guildford way :?

Ah yes, but if we're going with the alternating weeks plan from the other thread, this is probably a good thing as it gives a decent ride there-and-back.
Especially since it's in Bagshot, that gives the Guildford-ers the perect excuse to do the Pirbright Twisties en-route

Sounds like a great idea to me. There are quite a few bike meets there when the weather is fairer. Good choice Tara. Plus it's nice and handy for me!
when i temped in Bagshot when i first moved down we used to go there for lunch glad you guys approve its a fairly big pub too so if the weather is dodgy theres room inside too or for those of us that feel the cold constantly
Sounds good, would someone do the honours on a map again please?
Agreed sounds good... map would be good :)
Use http://maps.google.co.uk as its better than multimap since you can move around with the mouse and its nicer on the eyes :)

No offence to those who have provided maps but have you ever used Google Map?
It's much better as you can scroll around and zoom in and out without needing to load a new page. Much quicker and more dynamic. In my opinion of course.
http://maps.google.com/
Type in the postcode for it GU19 5EG search and hey presto!

Just a suggestion- Shepherd and Flock? A31, Farnham. Tables by the bikes.
Lots of people use it on the way back from Alton Cafe......

Excuse me sticking my oar in here, but I used to run a pub down your way that might be suitable.
The Alfold Barn at Alfold Crossways on the A281 Guildford - Horsham road.
Big old 15th century barn - large side of pub devoted to food now :( but nice little 'public bar' area + decent size car park + large garden at the front. :D

Two poplars in Wokingham?
Black Swan in Effingham has a biker's meet every wednesday and weekends apparently.
