Where else have you advertised?

MCN & Biketrader adverts seem expensive. Spose i could always Friday-ad it.

Yes, but they're a careful lot and are waiting for you to offer it really low in desperation. Why not return it to stock, take the 2K and sell the other bits on ebay?

I see

Not up to speed with that ebay malarky. Not sure i can bear to revert it back to standard, they look so naff and would be an insult to my beautiful bike.

PS Your eyes are following me around the room

The bike may well be off the market shortly, as a mate has expressed an keen interest.

Or have you considered that:
1. people on here already have SVs so not necessarily the best place to sell one, and
2. if its not shifting it might be because its overpriced compared to other bikes, even with all the mods. (For example: http://forums.sv650.org/viewtopic.php?t=44403, a newer bike, half the mileage and £100 odd less.)

Just a thought. :)

Yes lyn, i'm sure the majority of people on here already have SV's, but the they may know someone who wants one or might want to change it to a newer better condition one.

There is no way my bike is over priced, if other people want to sell their bikes off ridiculasly cheap then its up to them. Besides the majority of the SV's i see have rusty pipes, pitted forks, tatty naff looking huggers and bellypans, scratches and dents. Probably don't go as well as mine with half the miles either.

Thanks for your input though.
