View Full Version : Enduro
Did the Midland Classic MCC twinshock enduro today at Butts quarry.
It was the first one I've ever done so I was dead slow. Its bloody hard work too.
Here is a picture of me in action ( ) aboard the mighty XL250

I'm hoping someone got some shots of me getting some air on the faster parts of the course.

Wicked, looks great fun. Right sized bike Id imagine?
About half the entry where "serious" motocross bikes (Huskys, Maicos etc)
and the other half where trail bikes similar to the XL. Handful of nice old British stuff too. My mate Rob did it on a Ossa trials bike, he was going well before his chain gaurd caught in the rear wheel got mangled.

That looks awesome.
So - how are the aching muscles holding up today?
Looks like fun...
remember doing that years back over the farmrs fields,
then got cought by the rossers and banned from driving for 6 months. I was only 15 at the time.
That looks awesome.
So - how are the aching muscles holding up today?
hands/wrists/forearms - some movement now returning.
left shoulder - slightly stiff (2 offs, lost the front on left handers both times, thankfully not going that fast)
lower back - feels like someone has given my kidneys a good pummeling
legs - currently walking slowly like John Wayne
