I'm struggling a bit with repetitive strain injury here, my own fault I'm sure, and NOT self inflicted.
As a constant fiddler I often find the need to adjust and 'perfect' my position, on the bike like.
Anyways, I should stop digging at this point.
Adjusted the clutch lever down 5 degrees ( tops) and it felt more........'to hand'?
Went for a long weekend blast about 250 miles, lots of twisties, changes of gear, clutch action etc.
And now I have a really sore wrist!
Its obviously an RSI issue here as I've put the lever back as it was and it aint helping. No pain at all at any time except when I've done about 50 miles and then it creeps in to the point of pi*sing me off and making me change my riding style, holding onto gears etc.
Any advice?

Have you adjusted the angle of the handlebars? I did mine and I no longer get the RSI in my wrists, that is saying something as both of mine are BROKEN..

Try relaxing your grip on the bars and grip the tank with your thighs It worked for me!!!

I'm pretty laid back with the handlebars, and grip with the knees etc. I did go through a period about 12K miles ago of getting arm pump through sheer terror, but since then I've got the hang of it and know that less is more on the gripping thing. So that really aint it, but thanks for the suggestion. I'm intrigued about adjusting the clipons though, as I've tried and the buggers are pinned by a 'knob' that prevents them tilting forward under braking.........God knows how many times I've wanted to file that off, but.......................is it safe?
The pain is on the inside of the left wrist, and the bars do feel as if they are turned to far inwards for comfort, in a horizontal plane that is.
I've also broken my left hand once and my left wrist twice....
And I'm an old git.........

I sawed off the knobs and rotated the bars forwards: what a difference! See details and photos:

when i travelled to the nurburgring this summer i needed to switch between supporting myself with my back and with my wrists otherwise it got too painful (500 miles in a day). maybe you could try that?
