I'm struggling a bit with repetitive strain injury here, my own fault I'm sure, and NOT self inflicted.
As a constant fiddler I often find the need to adjust and 'perfect' my position, on the bike like.
Anyways, I should stop digging at this point.
Adjusted the clutch lever down 5 degrees ( tops) and it felt more........'to hand'?
Went for a long weekend blast about 250 miles, lots of twisties, changes of gear, clutch action etc.
And now I have a really sore wrist!
Its obviously an RSI issue here as I've put the lever back as it was and it aint helping. No pain at all at any time except when I've done about 50 miles and then it creeps in to the point of pi*sing me off and making me change my riding style, holding onto gears etc.
Any advice?
