Hi all, This is tiggers brother n law, unable to register as i don't have internet acces so using Clives password and email, i know he was a regular on this site, so thought i would let you know he is currently in hospital after taking a severe beating tonight. Basically what happened is we were out for his sisters 25th wedding anniversary in Newport and a few lads came on to his wife on the dance floor, Clive stepped in to tell them to leave it and he took a severe beating before the bouncers or any of us could get to him. The police currently have 4 lads in custody, but it doesn't look good for Clive. Latest news is possible Broken jaw and nose and possible broken cheekbone. we're hoping for good news in the morning, but at the mo are wating for docs assessment. Will let you know in due course of seriousness.

Let us know when he's feeling up to it and if he's in long we can pop up.

Hi Just read the messages posted. I didn't know my Bro in law had posted this, so thought I'd let you know i'm ok. Good news is the jaw, nose and chhekbone isn't broken (although they ache like **** and are black and blue. plus the police have the 4 boys who jumped me) Can't really remember much of what happenned but according to my family I was dancing with my wife and the boys were trying it on with her, apparently i told the one lad to F*ck off and before anyone could do anything i was butted in the nose and kicked around the dance floor. thanks for the GWS replies, and fingers crossed the police or CPS do the ****s that had me over.

glad to hear that no broken bones.. I hope that they manage to get footage from CCTV and you are able to use it.
