Seeing the funny side now :)
About a week ago had someone try to steal my SV from outside the front of the house and drop it damaging it, setting the alarm off, but saving the bike.

Since I've had it chained to an imovable object down our drive every night and blocked in by my uncles work van.

Up like a bolt 4am this morning (the exact same time they tried last time), woken by a tinkling sound then sound of a car being moved, you know that sound, when you push a car without the engine on and you just get the purr of it in motion.

******** I think, they're at it agian and moving the van, All the lights in the house go on in an attempt to scare anyone "working" off and I pound down the stairs (Waking everyone in the house up in the process) to the back Kitchen window.

....van seems to be there...can't quite tell if It's moved or not and I'm not about to go trapsing out into the back garden unarmed (I forgot to pick up something large and heavy without noticing en route) and the bikes still there, same angle, it's alarm light flashing away, apparently OK....

hmmm....maybe I was too quick....
All the lights go back off...and i'm sitting here at my computer desk in the dark, waiting for them to come back, waiting for any sound, phone in hand ready to call the police.
Realise my heart is racing and my mouth is dry....

An hour later.....I hear the sound again, a tinkle and the purr...this time I look out my front window (bedroom where I'm sitting) first....

and see a milk float doing it's rounds.....
It's little electric motor purring away.......
*Sigh*....this episode has been crap for my sleep and health it really has...feeling very silly right now =p

Mate! Thats bad! I guess if you find the guys responsible you can sue them for the psychological damage caused - paranoia, followed by sleep deprivation!

Did make me laugh a little though, for while i appologize!
