Picked up my new SV today!!! \:D/
Can't wait to get through my test and get on it :driving:

Looks fantastic.
Just needs the grab rail off, tail tidy
and R&G crash bungs to keep it looking good. (Oh and exhaust when you're ready)
Only problem is there's a lot of anecdotal evidence that if you have a fantastic bike you're desperate to ride you won't get through you're test first time - so bear that in mind and just relax on your test.
Good Luck

I'm keeping the grab rail on as its handy for manouvering it into the garage. And I am getting the tail light indicators from here 8)
http://www.banditmania.co.uk/Stainless.htm
So I can get an undertray and remove the original indicators
Also plan to get smaller LED indicators for the front
I got crash bungs with it but they are the non-faired ones. So I might remove the fairings, and put on the crash bungs....until I am used to the bike.....you know......just incase

OK, then I can only suggest you get crash bungs to fit lowers (e.g R&G) or cut your lowers to fit the crash bungs. Because it looks fantastic with lowers and once you fit crash bungs you can never take them off because you think "I've learnt enough now, I'm not going to crash or drop it".
Keep the grab rail if it's practical for you. Can't see the undertray, but I'm sure it will look good - it will get rid of all of the mud guard right?
Nice and clean, looking good. Just take things steady and built up your confidence and you'll be fine

Yeh it gets rid of the huge plastic bit that sticks out for a mile  , then all you have is a licence plate mount.
There are a few on ebay and on the U.S. ebay but they are not painted. I'm sure I've seen them somewhere else but can't remember where.
If anyone knows where to get them, please post up the site
Thanks

Just found the undertray here for £79

Seems a bit pricey though

I honestly think theres no need for an undertray with a pointy. A tail tidy for abut £40 does the trick well enough.
Keeping the rail for maneouvering is a good idea if you need to manhandle it.
maneouvering
I can never spell that word. Gold star for Dr Rich!

No wonder you can never spell it, if you think Dr Rich got it right! (it's oe)

Good for getting it onto a rear paddock stand on your own, too. I've put mine back on for this reason.
Nice!! And very similar to this one i saw the other day! :D

But if I get a tail tidy, I will be left with indicator mounts, which I don't need, cos I am getting the clear brake light with built in indicators 8)
