QUOTE OF THE DAY

Ben (Mac99) dissapeared for a while and we (Me and Squirell) heard a bike coming back but we thought it was someone else, Ben walks into my back yard
Squirell "We thought you were someone else, your bike sounded louder"
Ben "I didn't have my ear plugs in"

For the quote book

I had too much to drink last night, could not safely drive till about 4 then had to sort other stuff out.

Good to see that the deed has been done. Was the dremel needed or the shear (VB) will power of the Squirrel and Ben enough.

Well done anyway peeps. 8) I'd have only got in the way as usual
I should be back for next weekend.

Well that wasn't to bad to do and I think we all had fun!

I was suprised that the Dremel wasn't needed (you should have seen the rust on the down pipe bolts) but pleased also.

Well thats the easy part done, the hard part will be getting the 'new' engine back in

I see we now have the environmentaly efficient powered verion of the thundercat out now... ala flinstone style...

though engineers are still wondering how to reduce methane exhaust gasses after consuming the wrong fuel the night before...

Nope I didn't, I DID cook breakfast though, and next time it's the same deal, although we are going to make a night of it and go for a few beers afterwards. Don't forget Mac99 was there too, and he eats alot... Ha ha aha

One of my mates just asked me what tools were needed... Incase any of you are going to try it then here you go

Good socket set, screwdrivers, allen keys, big and small, trolley jack for lowering the engine.

Oh, and this is important, very important, you CANNOT do the job without...

A GOOD SET OF SWEAR WORDS and if you are able, a couple of magic kisses from your mum for when you smack your knuckles when trying to undo bolts

Unfortunatley for me I live 200 miles away from my mum so I just had to soldier through... Cos I is a well 'ard biker innit
