Does anyone know anywhere local that does repairs to leathers. I need to get a zipper replaced.

9 Lives in North Camp near Farnborough.
See address in 2nd last post http://forums.sv650.org/viewtopic.php?t=40820&highlight=lives
They altered my leathers to fit that I bought off eBay.
And this morning I picked them up after they repaired them after my off at Lydden £59 for quite a lot of seem stitching and 2 patches. Workmanship looks fantastic.
Price of handmade to measure suit is £1K.

Mr Hill (I assume) has left Nine Lives and set up on his own as Hill4Leather Limited in Ash.

Hill4leather are highly recommended. Ive taken over my race suit and they did a superb job on it. Very quick too.

Thanks for the update on this.

I've had some stuff done at Nine Lives very recently - good work, but they do take quite a while, so worth keeping the new place in mind as well

Nah, I cant be my belly, its probably the jumper I wear, Its quite thick.... and a t-shirt too... Leather shrinks in the sun anyway, and the rain, and in the cupboard.... :smt022
