Kwak - what do you use on the screens? Mine has some very light scratches (the sort created by a scouring pad  ) that need buffing out?

Thanks
Luke

i just use mr sheen or car wax on my screen, autosol is good for removing small scratches but try it on a very small area first.

Do the bikes talk to each other in the garage, if you're lucky they may mate and you could have a baby SV.

Want to come and clean mine by any chance?

I will do you a bacon buttie !

I have to say (and no offence to the later pointy owners) but the silver wheels/frame combo is waaaaaay better looking! Black is only good if the whole bike is black IMO

Ahh ya see Skip I opted for Black as I had brought me black helmet before my bike, my jacket etc. Bike had to be colour coordinated and as they mainly black with silver in I opted for the Black pointy, and the Silver pointy one I had my eye on was in Kent, Black was closer.......

............ womans logic (I thinK, maybe Shells logic  )

if you wear leather trousers shelly keep lots of wax on the parts of the tank that your inner leg rubs on( i'm not being a perv honest ) the black tanks seem to mark easy in that area, ive seen this on 3 black suzukis. some people use that clear plastic film to protect the paint on the tank.

I have bought textile trousers, will be getting some leathers once I have got some cash.

Starting out aint half expensive, although my jacket wasn't cheap for textile ... but Alpinestar is nice

I was actually considering rubbing down the wheels and polishing the bare metal as ive seen an SV in the latest Ed of RIDE magazine which looks sweet. However im worried that i might regret it as i understand it involves a lot of cleaning!
