Due to recent events, I've decided I'm gonna leave road motorcyling for a while. I love my bike, but I've decided I don't want to put my girlfriend and parents through the worry.

Here are the details;

SV650S Y

Candy Grand Blue, 34k miles, but you wouldn't know it to look at or to ride, my bike's in a lot better condition than most I've seen with half the mileage! Always serviced every 4k miles religeously, I am a competant mechanic and it has had a recent air filter, chain + sprockets (600 miles ago, always lubed every weekend without fail, whether ridden or not). 2 Previous owners, 6 months tax, 12 months MOT. The engine is very healthy, it was dyno'd at 72.7bhp, 0.7 bhp up on standard after 7 years! It also has a restriction certificate and 33bhp restrictors supplied, if you'd like me to fit them that won't be a problem either.

Dunlop D208RR sticky tyres, plenty of wear left on them. Recent new rear disk (1000 miles ago)

Full Ti WRP Lite Series low level exhaust system with shortened can + original unmarked standard system, Tinted Double Bubble screen, Chrome SV650S decals, Small indis, HH rated pads all round. It has powdercoated gun metal grey engine and wheels, although this is standard on my bike, most SV's don't have it! It also has blue luminous rim tape, but this is easily removed if it's not to the buyer's taste!

I'm looking for £1200 or nearest offer for my bike.

In summary, my bike is in very good condition for it's mileage and age, and a great example of the curvy shape SV650S. It has a very small scuff to the left side rear fairing, and a couple of small dents on the tank, which are to be expected of a bike this age! Here is a recent picture of it, I'll put more up when I take some in decent light!

Why is that too far?

You don't need to view it essentially, I know matt is a trustworthy chap, being a member of several forums, he's not a fly by night salesman or anything like that. :lol:

About £20 bus ticket up to where he lives and ride it back down.

Distance is no barrier mate.
