Carol Nash insurance-Not happy

Just phoned Carol insurance who my bikes insured with as they had my bike being down as standard (which shes not).tell they guy the mods and inc the race can system (id phoned up when i got the quote and checked that they could insure me with the race system, YES they said)...Now the guy i just spoke to has said, "I dont think the insurance underwriters will accept the race can system!"....
Ermm hang on i TOLD/asked when i got the quote that itd got the system on so how can they now say no??? help!

I was with them ONCE. Did the same think when I took out the policy (told them I was going to put a race can on and would it affect my premiums), to which they said NO that would be an acceptable modification. Put the can on rang them up to inform them and they said they could no longer provide cover and ended up with a refund.

Never given them any business since and never will. 8)

as they said they would when i asked them when i got the quote.. :roll: i made it clear its a full SYSTEM
