Ok guys, here are two of the routes, the first was the mega rideout but that is a bit too big, the route was about 230 miles and untested as yet. The second should be a good blast and is about 130 miles in total.

So the route is as follows...

Meet up at the Ely and head off down the B3349 (the route Dan had) and then when at Alton down the A31 till we hit the A272. Ive been on bits of the A272 and found it quite good so we will follow the majority of this road.

At cowfield take the A24 towards London and ride all the way up to Dorking and Boxhill. From here people can either make their way back home or keep going back to guildford and even take in the Pirbright twisties.

As in terms of stops im not too fussed where, there is a few pubs like the White Horse along the A272 and of course Boxhill.

Dates for this is really up to you lot. Gmonsta has a little run planned on this Sunday and wouldn't want to spoil it so possibly roll over to next weekend.

Oh and thought i'd change the name to something catchy.

Any day probably for me, prefer it to be a Sunday when roads are less busy. Problem is the weather is getting less predictable so I reckon when the forecast is good we should just go for it.

Yup thats what I was thinking, in which case we could aim for this weekend if its crap weather roll over to next weekend?

I agree - we should grab the first opportunity of dry weather. Hence I haven't voted.

I think getting going early is a good idea, nothing too mad but 9ish is good.

Excellent idea Falc, definitely up for this.

Very little rain forecast for the 14th & 15th, so taking in to account all the above can we try for then?

Sunday for Traffic or Saturday for first opportunity/put it back a day for weather nearer the time?

Ok, not much point in organising a rideout for this weekend if lots of people can't go. Shame cos it says sunny in Guilford on Sunday. We'll roll it on to the weekend after. Sunday 15th anyone?

FWIW, I think I can do the Saturday but not the Sunday unfortunatley. Should know for sure within a day or two.

Doh! I can't do Saturday but I can possibly do Sunday. Guildford weather on Saturday is predominately http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/images/symbols/fiveday_sym/15.gif

So I might not do this weekend anyway (or any other until it gets warmer and drier cos I'm a wimp).

Mrs Monsta has booked a day out on Saturday, so Sunday only for me now.

Weather looks like light showers for Sunday - but still keen if its wet. 8am is ok with me??

Bah sunny today, anyway we'll decide on the day but as it is Sunday ie tomorrow at 8 at the Ely, location here (http://www.theely.com/findus.htm)

From there down to the a31, then a272 across to the a29 and then boxhill. From boxhill can make your own way back really

Will be going to a frnds 21st tonight but would like to tyr and meet the gang at Rikers (Boxhill). Can you give a rough estimate as to what time you will be at rikers from and to ... pretty please :D

Regards, Will Turner 07951 555 867

Safe riding tomox ... around boxhill (small roads from Boxhill over headley to Epsom Downs have a lot of tree crap in center of road that is LEATHAL ... the other night coming back late if it wasn't for my Jedi reactions it could have been front washout into oncomming traffic. Please take care.

Yer great rideout guys, great to see sv_dan at the beginning and the roads were very quiet and good quality. Weather held out... well till we got to boxhill.

Saw two police cars on our travels but were travelling within the speed limit :D
