This time next week i will be in Cape town getting ready to ride to Namibia.
Bags are packed and the days a dragging by especially with the weather being crap.

Wow that is going to be great! My parents went through South Africa to Namibia, but on a steam train! Hope you have everything prepared well, and say hello to that ship that is rusting in the desert around there!

it the drakensbergs mountains, I used to travel through them on the way down from Botswana to Durban.... fantastic drive/ride

What will you be riding? I've seen VFR SA and an outfit with /5 BMW boxer twins which looks like a nice way to do it.
