I've had two pairs, both leaked very badly at the crotch.
Show him that photo, Valleyboy :D
ANY BODY ELSE HAD PROBS WITH THESE??
**** shouting again sorry
I can only advise based on my experience. Two pairs that leaked in exactly the same place indicates a design, build or material problem to me. Can't be a co-incidence.
I don't want to put a total downer on the Speed Pants as at £120 down to £30 they are a great buy. I got mine for £80 off t'intnernet.
They have a good/heavy build, CE knee armour, very warm with the lining in, comfortable and look good. Trouble is I needed waterproof and they are not unless they've improved the waterproofing in the last 2 years.
I really want to like them, which is why I've just spent £20 on water-proofing washes in the hope of making them at least a little more than the shower-proof that they were.

Seen some attractive sheep? :P
Attractive sheep? More like the farmer came after him with a shotgun and he wet himself?

Nah, he's just seen VB's bike's colour for the first time and PHSL...
yep, they are actually pants, ive had a pair.
btw, they seem to be onsale for 29.99 permanently, i bought mine 2 years ago at that price, and i have never seem them priced more than that.
for 29.99, the buffalo imalo trousers are much better. they have removable lining, but not entirely waterproof, they are much more waterproof than the swift ones.
