My brother owns an S curvy. A bloke was talking to another pointing at our bikes and he told him, "this must be the newer version of the other, look the frame's the same". He was indicating to my bike and he's obviously never seen a pointy. Nobody bought one locally.

I've been sat on my bike filling up with petrol, and a guy at the pump next to me looks over at me... looks at the bike... i get off the bike to go pay, and he shouts over...

"that your bike is it???"

to which i roll my eyes and say... "nah it's my grandma's what do you think???"

I've also been giving Rigor a pillion ride and pulled up next to a mini bus with a bunch of school kids... one of the shouted to the others... "that's a girls riding that!!!" hehehe. heard it so many times i can't believe so many people are so shocked about a girl riding a bike!

A female rider is a minority though, to be fair, it is probably something you want to embrace and use to your advantage … :)

I only one female rider (physically not virtually) … she’s chuffing ugly too*!! :lol:
