Its getting good reviews and I'm tempted to get it. Tried the PC demo last night but my old Dell can't cope, the fan goes mental. PS2 game any good?

Next spring or the other  I just asked because the PS2 already has a few years up it's backside, it made me a bit more sense if you were talking about the PS3. But then again, I only got my PS2 two months or so ago, with Tourist Trophy and GT4. Top games, imho.

Yep, Tourist Trophy is great, pretty much only game I have played this year, thinking I need a bit more variety.
Have been addicted to GT in the past too, but got burned out when I did the 24hour nurbergring race just to win the F1 car, even in "manager" mode with time speed up it took an awful long time, decided I was getting a bit too addicted to it....

I have Just cause for the PC.

I like it but since I got it last Friday, I've only played it for maybe 4 hours.

The free roaming world is MASSIVE but doesn't differ that much, island to island with few recogniseable features. Graphics are ace on the PC, can only imagine them being ebtter on the PS2 and XBOX360.

As for game play....7/10.

The fact you can jump out of a plane, sky dive for a bit and then catch up with the falling plane and get back in is great fun. As is stealing boats, using grappling hook etc. But I find the actual control quite difficult on the PC. It's nowhere near as smooth and user friendly as GTA in my experience (it is trying to be gta) and is actually taking me a while to get used to.

Still...thumbs up from me. I have a 'copy' on my pc (6.5gb) that I could you know...make avaiable...*cough*

As for tourist trophy, whats everyones fastest time round the nurburgring? 6mins 14 secs is my record on the ZX10R special. :D

Hmm... sounds like I might have to try Just Cause, then

About the 'ring, I can't remember for sure since I haven't played TT in a while, but I guess it was around 6m30 in of them special bikes, I'm guessing the gixxer but I'll check later.
