Delete MSN Toolbar

Please can someone tell me how to.
I'm fed up not having Google as my home page, and I'm assuming it's the toolbar that stops me changing from MSN homepage

click set programs and defaults
click change.remove programs
delete it AFAIK

isnt it in add and remove programs? failing that restore back?
