Yeah, I was all geared up to watch the Irish match, and then I see this all over the shop.
Slight choas at first, things have seemed to have chilled out a bit now. Looks like it was just an accident.
So it goes.

Glad you're ok, when I saw it on tv I couldn't help but think about it being in your neck of the woods. :?

Ah Filipe man. Touched so I am.
Nah, I was about 60 blocks down from that when it happened.
There was definately a ripple of fear through the city. A little more pronounced than when all the power went a couple of years back.
People are still jittery here it seems.

As a baseball fan, this is sad news indeed. This will certainly put the Yankees' poor season into perspective. R.I.P.

Here... apparantly another Yankees dude was a pilot and binned a plane, and killed himself.
Very odd. Baseball's wierd. They are really supersticious (?), and I remember reading articles about how they were saying being a pilot and a yankee is a bad omen... in Sept.
Do you know what else it weird.

Completely off topic, but I actually saw a Euro-fighter and a couple of helicopters playing games in the sky above the island the other day.
OMG how amazing! Just wish I'd of had my camera.

Me and my mates would go out to your neck of the woods whenever it snowed to get some winter mountain training in, and there was a few low flying boyos knocking about over Cryb Goch and things.
I quite liked that.
They fly apaches and... those other skinny choppers along he hudson sometimes too.
Those things are cool in fairness.
