Hello, anyone know what i should do about this?

I did a Buy It Now on 4 multipacks of walkers salt and vinegar crisps (can't buy them here!) and when I came to pay with PayPal, it said that user was currently not recieving payments.
So I sent an ebay message to the seller, but had no response. Sent another a couple of days ago, no resposne again.
What do you reckon I should do?
