Well, I've been to Starbuicks this morning for a large cappucino & I'm still a bit sleepy.

Didn't go to the gym as I needed the extra half hour in bed. 6.30am lie-in, sheer indulgence.

I slid out of bed justover an hour ago. I've had tea, I've had food. I'm still tired and I want my bed back...but I have work to do :(

Travelled back from Highgate late last night, got home at 12.30. Figured I'd get some sleep but Anne gets in & insists on trying on then running round the house in my new leather trousers (free booze earlier in hte evening at some media "we're all winners" award ceremony). Bed at 1.30, alarm goes off at 6am.

A month or so back I stayed up all night chatting to mates on msn (and drinking) and when it was time to 'get up' and get ready for work I logged off and went to work... Started off feeling not too bad but by midday I was falling asleep in the middle of doing work.. :lol: I won't be doing that again anytime soon.
