Well, another project and another Saturday sitting in the office. I wouldn't mind but it's not even my project and so far I'm the only one here :(

Sorry just wanted a little moan... This is not what I took the pay cut for... :?

I did my overtime last night. Went to bed so late that I'd really lost any sleep, feel knackered but at least it's over with. Got heaps done coz the phone wasn't ringing. But I have my office phone on divert to my mobile, forgot to switch it off so 9am a client calls....

Ohhh... Nasty. I was working till about 7:40ish last night, and will be for the coming few weeks. Plus working Saturdays and Sundays. I've said I want next Sunday to myself though for the MotoGP final...

I'm the Works Engineer for the factory I work at and am paid on a salary. The downside to this tho, is that I have to work long hours and I have to work atleast 2-3 weekends a year, all of which I don't get paid for :( !!!

I'm trying to cut back on my hours now as the management don't show any appreciation for it. A simple well done and a thank you goes a long way.

Yup, being on a salary can be a git when having to do overtime. That's exactly the problem I have at the moment...

Im sitting ehre writing up a literature reveiw on electrically conducting polymers. Its taking ages - 3 days and only a page of writing :(
