Shouty Weels* Need Repainting, (* Wheels?)

Fancy changing my wheels to black or might just refinish silver to hide some scrapes when i was careless refiting rear wheel.Has any body know of paint system that will be durable or is powder coat the way to go, want good low cost option any ideas?

To be honest powder coat is the best way to go it's harder and more durable than paint!!!!
