Well, you sensible people are probably too sensible to put up with it, and bought a pair that fits
But did that mean going up a size compared with your shoe size?
Bought off the internet without trying them on and they are a bit tight on my toes, although more crushing down than too short.
Was thinking of trying to get them stretched by a cobbler - or am I better just recycling them on ebay and go a size up.
Cheers

I went up 1/2 a size on my summer alpinestars SMX3' I'm normally a 10, but I've got 10 1/2. My Winter Goretex SMX3's I went up a whole size, because of the goretex liner, and also I have a bit more room in them so I can wear thick winter socks without my feet getting squashed.

They are pretty tough so I doubt a cobbler would be able to stretch them. Personally if I was you I would recycle the pair you have got back onto Ebay. Go to your nearest bike shop, try on a pair and walk about so you know you have the size right and then go hunting on ebay for what you want.

Its a bit cheeky, but at least that way you'll know you have the right size.

No they're just right, they're 1/2 a size smaller than my skate shoes/trainers, but then I like my trainers a bit more roomy. I tried my SMX-3 GTX in a shop.
