It's returning every single message I try to send. Other than that, none at all!

Could be a case of history repeating itself. http://news.zdnet.co.uk/security/0,1000000189,39169941,00.htm

Filipe, I've had messages denied that I've sent to you, nothing important (oi! before you respond to that!) though.

EDIT: I've just checked with someone in the know, and apparently, it is a little case of history (sort of) repeating. A couple of MSN servers need a bit of a slap. The last few days I was authing against these, now it seems Filipe & SoulKiss are, and I'm not.

Wait it out guys, it'll get better.

Feeling lonely?

To be honest with you, I think apart from a few emotional differences (and that I don't fancy other girls obviously), I'm a bloke in a girl's body...

sorry hun

get it here (http://join.msn.com/messenger/overview2000)

tis an instant messaging tool- some people on here have the msn logo at the bottom of their posts and you can get their username off that, although, on here it is polite to ask first before you add anyone (i think?)

pm me if you want more help with it

hovi5 - its great. It will revolutionise how you intereact with people. You will become scared to converse on the phone with your freinds, family and other associates. You will demonstrate how you feel with a vast array of emoticons, some of which you can create yourself! You will have many people talking to you at once, leading to confusion and telling someone the wrong thing (possibly embaressing too).

It has other handy uses, such as file transfer too.

And webcams can be used to have a video conferance.

Oooo!

RE MSN

I find it surprising but we we use it extensively at work. We are a group of techies/managers that can be anywhere in the world or at home etc. For that quick message it is great, even leave it switched on in meetings etc. you don't need to start messing about trying to find out who is where, can they be interrupted, what is their mobile number etc.

However the best and most underused MS freeby has to be net meeting. No not for cheap and nasty video conferencing. but for application sharing.

I had a woman in paris yesterday showing me how an application was generating an error. I didn't know anything about the app. but she was able to share her browser and talk her way through the app as I was see it being run on my screen.

We have also used it in conjunction with proper video conferences. Where we would share a power point presentation in the states, each site then has a projector linked to their local PC and the one guy then talks both the uk and us folks though a single presentation. all delegates could talk amongst themselves through the normal video conferencing technique. Yes see a decent proper powerpoint display at the same time.

Yea, MSN is good for that stuff. I've helped out a few people using MSN in that way, and people can show me work they have done aswell - sometimes file sharing takes too long!

Agreed, use it a lot with colleagues in other countries to resolve problems. We have a similar 'secure' system to access customer systems to help resolve issues. Bit pants on dial-up though! :) (only recently got ADSL in our village and I work from home)
