I honestly do think that is one ugly skank of a fat ride! If i was a cage driver, and everyone was to ride one of those, then bike accidents would rise exponentialy.

Like it, however it needs a small fairing at the front - id never buy a nekkid bike as theyre too exposed

Is this going to be released next year?? I have yet to get any information on a release date.

My next bike was going to be a versys but this looks like it has muscled in ahead. Need a demo. 8)

Theres mention of an 850 Mana as well - although I cant find info on it. I think this is the bike though. Looks nicer IMO.

For a 90+ hp bike that weights the same as an SV650 it has to have certain things going for it. That front end is definitely one of them.

If I didn't already have a Speed Triple, I'd be very tempted by this.

Maybe just a mini belly pan similar to the Super Duke.

Just noticed the chains on the wrong side.

The RS125 has the chain on the 'wrong' side. But the RS50 and 250 have it on the left (right?) side.

Hmmm... strange. :?

I quite like this too, But what is it with the design of headlights on 'modern' naked bikes?
there so damm ugly. a nice round headlight, lose the tank 'wings' and some nice aftermarket pipes to lose the Cat and it'll be one mean machine.

I hate the rear end... But there'll be aftermarket fixes for that within days of the release I reckon. If I was suddenly without a bike, i'd be trying one of those out, and if it lives up to its promise I'd probably be buying one.

My only worry would be that it's an Aprilia.

"Will it start today"

"It will get me home tonight won't it..."

Sorry, but for all it's good points, my Falco, was an unrelaible piece of ****e at times and I was glad to see it go. So why do I fancy another one ?

Hey Jelster, that starting problem is the only reason keeping me back for chopping the GSX in for a old style Tuono. :( Don't think i could be arsed having to drop the battery out for a charge any time i was leaving it more than a few days. Loved everything about the falco but ended going for a Firestorm but still hanker after a 'prilla! :?

Shiver, that is a pish name for a cracking looking bike. Under 6k otr and I think they have a winner .... if the power don't get you the torque will!

Forks look unadjustable which is gash...........

Did you see the new colour Tuonos - I am sure the colours will look good in the flesh  - glad they kept the best colour though.

I've heard Aprilia doesn't have the best support network. Some french guys are doing a petition to push for better parts delivery service.

Exactly. Though look at the difference between the list price of a Falco and what they were actually selling for.

Falo's were a bit of a strange one though. Great piece of kit, really comfortable and loads of grunt, but it just didn't take off in this country. You don't see many RSV's going at 60% of the original RRP.... Electrics have been the Achiles heel of Aprilia. Aparantly it's "all sorted" now; only time will tell.

The Tuono's a bit big for me, so the 750 would be the best option. Plus I think 750 would be more then enough power...

I would be very interested if they were to put the 750 lump in a baby-RSV mmmmmmmm

I love those Tuonos - If the smaller bikes went ahead with that kind of setup at the front, id be buying one.

Ive had a nekkid before and i just didnt like the fact my arms and head were being ripped off at 70mph+

The Shivers I think will be a popular bike. Read in MCN that the chassis may be used for other models or variations. Plust they are talking about the engine forming the basis for increasing up to 1200 cc for newer models to come. Take it with a pinch of salt but if this is the case it will make the bike ripe for modding and being a medium sized v-twin will win a few hearts. They have been working on some exciting projects and I think have released a few exciting models over the last weeks. There is a factory Pegaso that I like as well - cant find a pic online as yet. And the V4 engine - 220hp to go on their 2008 production SB.

Yeah, my mate has an 2006 RSV which I was lucky enough to borrow for four laps around our local circuit. The ride quality is on another league from the SV. Plush and firm at the same time. Ohlins front-rear... As far as the motor goes, I admit I didn't dare to crack it full open...
