How to fit 33bhp restrictors for 99 Curvey

Help! ?

I have just bought some second hand suzuki 33bhp restrictors, the sliders rather than the washer type, but i cant seem to be able to fit them.

I got the seats off, tank up and the air filter off, but i cant seem to be able to get the screws out to remove the black cover things to swap the sliders .

Can anyone give me some help, or tell me what tool to use?

I tried it last night, and after faffing about with stubby screwdrivers i guessed that i may have to take the carbs off the engine :(

Your guide looks much more straightforward and less daunting than the Haynes approach to removing the carbs.

If only i had a nice warm garage, or was doing it in the summer ;)
