any flash developers/designers fancy giving me a hand ?

as title says,

basically, ive created a flash projector file using flash MX,

now what i need to do, is make it so the user cant resize the window, or if they do, the movie doesnt distort, nor does it show anything other than whats on the stage.

i know this is possible, but after searching and searching, i cant find any tutorials or anything.
