View Full Version : How much for a new SV650S Sport?
Just as an option, are dealers discounting these? I've heard standard SV650S's being had for around the £4k mark, is this the same for the Sport edition, and could anyone point me in the direction of a suitable dealer?
Thanks!

No the "Sport" edition SV has extra's that you don't get on a standard SV.
It has the lower fairing kit and single seat cowl. More info here

IIRC it retails at £4699. I've seen K6 SVS's in dealers for £4K ish, but remember if you want the lowers and the seat cowl you'll pay more on top of the purchase price. IIRC Lower fairing kit is around £300 - £400 the seat cowl for a K6 I think it around the £100 mark.
I've seen pre-registered K5 bikes still in dealers for £3800 if you shop around and dont mind last years colours you can bag yourself a bargain.
More info on the standard K7 ( 2007 Model ) SV here.

Whereabouts are you based ? Pop a post in your local regional section ( you'll find them at the bottom of the forum ) and somebody will point you in the direction of a dealer.

You also get 1 years fully comp insurance free when you buy the sport version which is great news for people around my age (21). I bought the sport version a month ago.
