Hi all,
Stupidly snapped the choke lever on my SV650s 2k1 today, I assume by the looks of things i need to buy thee whole switchgear unit. Does anyone have one to sell?

By switchgear you mean one of the units on the handlebars?
I may be able to help as I aquired a load of spares the other month (Thanks again to Mike1234).
If you can post a pic of the item you want (or if someone else can) I can look it out and get it to you.
Not looking for any money for the part - will have to check out postage tho but should be no more than a couple of quid.

Nope, just undo the screws that hold the unit on all the way out, pull the lever out and you'll see the cable end. pull it out, insert new one, screw back together......then have fun changing it over on the carbs :roll: :lol:
EDIT: I have a spare but the metal elbow has broken so it's not perfect...yours for postage
