Hi all. Does anybody know where it's possible to buy the SV650R Decals to replace the standard "S" ones? I have found some on svrider.com but I cant pay for it on my paypal account as it keeps logging me out? Many thanks ATB

There is a member of the .org who has SV650S stickers on his red and black pointy with lower fairings.

I know this as I was parked next to his bike today and we both got back to our bikes at the same time.

Had a chat, tried to direct him to the site, but he said he was already a member.

I asked him to post where he got them (the US I think he said) and he said he would

So now we wait :)

Guilty as charged! Nice to meet you this evening SoulKiss.

I got my stickers from http://www.svrider.com/index.htm click "tidbits/support stickers here" in the middle of the page. You have to pay via paypal took about 5-7 days to arrive, very easy to 'well stick on'.
Will try and but some pics up if i get a chance.

yeah tried svrider.com and my compter must be on the glitch! Every time i logged into my paypal account it timed me out straight away so I gave up. Although i'm currently dealing with a custom site called rsgraphics.co.uk and they are doing me a custom xbox360 graphics kit. So they may be able to do something for me? ATB

Why would you want SV650R stickers? It'll confuse the insurance company.

The question still needs answered: What is an SV650R

It is a fictitional motorbike that was created as the letter S did not seem to justify the modified performance of the bike in question. Hence the letter R as used in the GSX R series seemed to justify the bike. Sorry i'm a bit smarmy this morning i've been in work since 4:30!

An example is the TL1000 model (don't know what the techy differences are.)

TL1000S - Faired bike with no fairing lowers.
TL1000R - Faired bike with fairing lowers.

Oh and http://www.chewys-stuff.co.uk/ does the stickers for the SV1000 don't know about SV650.
Nice SV R wheel rim stickers though!

When you want an SV that looks fast, and you can't be bothered to do the hard work, you put on SV650R stickers :) Mainly seems to be fully faired ones with front end swaps, or alternatively practically standard ones with delusions of grandeur ;)

Cheers for the tip IanG. Just spent £30 of my hard earned cash on that site . Still hopefully a new set of dials and backlights and the wheel rim stickers. Cheers Pal

I realise it's a bit late now but you could have simply downloaded the pic from that site, cleaned the images us in paintshop pro and got them printed locally and probably much cheaper.

would my Sv warrant 'SV650R' stickers or do you think they would be prepared to knock me some SV700R ones up

You'd need some more Rs to go with that as well :) I planned to get some stickers made up for mine just like standard, but with SV650XS instead of S... Never did though, don't like stickers.

I'm not a fan either but by joining SV650racers team i've kind of inherited sponsers so have to have them.

Note. If your reading this sarah i'm not assuming that by joining your team i can just piggy back on all your hard work. Although freebies are always welcome

Just to say that there is big differences between the TLS and TLR! not just the fairing, engine, frame, bodywork, suspension, lots ans lots is different!!!
