What everyone needs to do is find something about winter that they like. :) It does have it's good points if you turn your perspective around a bit. :D

Like beautiful frosty spider webs... sparkly ice that's fun to surf across... mist/fog draping across a white countryside muting all the noise... the freezing chill in the air that instantly makes you know you're alive...

I like cold(ish) weather...

I will go out on my bike as long as there isnt ice covering the roads.... low sun doesnt bother me, I have a tinted visor for that 8)

my bike makes more power at this time of year.. pitty the tyres cant grip the road good enough to use it!

 Aw, shucks.
I knew thats what you really meant ;)

I do like the cold if i can wrap up warm and especially if it snows. But i also love the fog so the last coupld of days ive been riding around grinning to myself like the total fool i am. And loving every minute of it too. Tho this morning the pavement outside my place was so icy i couldnt get a foothold to pus the bike out onto the road. I managed in the end but looked like a total spaz in the process.

Saying all that i love the sun far more and want to move back to the canary isalnds to sun worship!

I be looking forward to the sunshine being out long enough to dry the roads so I can explore how far I can lean my bike.

I'll be looking forward to the sun not bliding me when im riding around at 4pm

I'll be looking forward to warmer weather :D

I actually have a soft spot for winter, I love working in the woods at this time of the year. Mainly coppicing; you're imagination starts to think about how the area will look in the spring with all the new growth. It's also nice when you stop for lunch with the Kelly Kettle going for a cuppa watch the blackbirds and robin come down and look for anything edible that you might have disturbed...
