Seasons greetings.

Can anyone please tell me a decent website to get a rear brake lever(/pedal?) for my k1 sv650, my local stealership said they are £62 + vat? or is that an average price?

Cheers.

Gazman, did you find a breaker that has the part? SV Spares don't have them (very popular and all that)- I was quoted £57.20 + VAT new!

No, unfortunately not. SV Spares, just told me to give them a ring once a week to see if they’ve had any in, but I’ve phoned three times now & still no joy. With not knowing how long its gonna take I’ve had to bite the bullet & buy one from my local stealership as its getting a bit precarious riding around with only a front brake in this weather. Good luck in your search.

P.S: how comes that’s not the sort of thing to say to razor?

Cheers- I think I'll have to do the same- I got a gear selector rod from them, but not much joy with the brake pedal- I put a partsearch in this morning, but have had no reply...

I want to be back on the road by Thurs if possible, so really need to get the bits now...

Aww feckitt- no joy- had to order the Suzuki part at roughly £56 plus VAT. Oh well- as long as it's done. The gear selector rod has only set me back about £7-8 inc postage. The guy who's realigning the steering also offered to include fitting into the price- though I don't think I'm keen to ride to Twickenham with no back brake pedal (only the peg has gone, so I can still use the lever- just) and wonky bars....
