This made me and my boyfriend smile, as more and more nowadays if you help someone out you get no thanks in return, well this is different:
Christmas Eve we were witness's to a bit of a bad car accident, we stopped with both drivers until ambulance turned up (5mins after calling them) and then the police (40mins later after 2 phone calls!!!) :roll:
Left all our details etc and a statement.
Yesterday we had a phone call from one of the drivers involved, he had rang to thank us for taking care of him and his family and for making sure they were all ok and staying with them until police etc arrived.
No serious injuries to either driver, and that one phone call made us smile.
