It doesn't look any worse than when you left my house.

It was a disgrace then too.

Miines pretty bad. I'll take some pictures of it tomorrow. I'll wait a week or so for Liz's bike to get filthy on her commute and that'll put you all to shame.

I'm sure I can push those dirt levels up... as since it was last washed I've probably only done 5 days riding, so about 400 miles.

If your mind was as filthy as your bike.....

My bike is about as bad as that at the moment. I've not cleaned it (apart from the chain/headlights) for a month and it is hanging. I find it a bit dispiriting to clean it at this time of year.

Mine definitely was worse. It got to the point where I cleaned it (a little) after riding home in the dark & finding that mud obscures light quite well

(Dark road, no streetlights, no headlights pretty much :| - light out the side of the plastic lens, but not forwards)

I can (and regularly do) quite happily go a few k between cleans. Sometimes I don't get time to wash it on the weekend (most weekends) and after being out of the house for 12 hours, I don't really fancy cleaning it after work. 500miles/week racks up a fair amount of dirt.

I was only thinking the other day I'll have to put some serious elbow grease into it for the AR

No digital camera at the moment, but as soon as the gf's fancy new camera phone arrives, I'll get some up. :)

suicidesam your bike needs a wash or a small explosion to get the muck off.
