A Girl gets on a plane with 12 condoms packed full of Flour and naturally finds herself hauled off on suspicion of drug traficing then sues over breach of her human rights and wins >_<
The piece is a little light on detail but surely if your getting on a plane, in the USA of all places, with condoms full of "flour" you'd think to mention it or check it in as such before hand rather than "get caught" let alone sue =p

Strange really considering they took it seriously when a Brit Girl said she was carrying a bomb as a joke even after she was given the chance to come clean.

See, that puts a different light on things don't you think? They should've been able to get it tested faster than that. They could have baked a cake with it to find out if it was really flour.

£31000 a week compo for going to jail :shock: ill do a few weeks or 2 weeks ayear would help out

Yes she probably did, but more fool the authorities for not testing and verifying earlier. most narcotics test actually only take a few seconds for preliminary results and you could easily get a proper test done within a day
...someone screwed up big time imo
(p.s. i'm not a druggie or anything, my dad is a customs officer :wink: )
