Looks a good day for it but Ive got to get to my dealer to check something out before I venture far (suspect clutch slave cylinder, and cant tell how much clutch fluid I have as removing the lid requires a special tool  )

Had a good blat out to Morton in the Marsh and Stowe on the Wold with Triumphumphumph. Roads were pretty good to trim those chicken strips back a tad further. Just a quick 100 miles.

I did get out just local to check all the new bits I put on work (footpegs, gear lever and other bits and bobs). And a play with my GPS. That's fun. Ask it to take me home by the shortest route goes ways in my own environs I've never ever been before   There's a certain element of fun going the wrong way and making the nice lady say 'recalculating' over and over....

Oh I was a bit annoyed though that there was just enough water to get it dirty-ish after it was tip toppymost in the kingdom of spicdom.... :x

Ive given up cleaning my bike for a few weeks.. a few bolts have gone furry.. and I cant be arsed to clean them up, as ive already got replacements in the garage.... also going to strip the calipers and clean them up when I get a chance... I see trouble ahead with these critters :?

appart from that, just hooning around finishing scrubbing in my tyres.. my usual roundabouts were all too damp to try any knee down antics...

Bet ya can't leave it, smell that polish in the garage

I know the feeling though, my bike got a tad dirty today although after all the rain most of the salt would have been washed away. Might clean her tomorrow

Thats terrible news about the accident, I'm very relieved the riders are OK. The roads were pretty good today compared to recent weeks. It's all too easy to get over confident and not take note of the vanishing point where you need to be able to stop or take evasive action if someting is in the road. Easily said, much much harder done.

Hope your OK Hovis, these accidents stick in the mind.

Take care.

dont know ?

i had to go straight to work when i got home & i have only just finished work

i had to pull in the clutch all the way so it touched the grip & it only just worked, but somtimes it didnt...it was just flopping about?.i think it needs ajusting i should have stoped to sort it out but i was late for work
