When the Severn floods it's a complete PIA as most roads into the town centre are closed and the traffic is a complete nightmare. This is the second time in a month. The Environment Agency is too slow at building flood defences, so peoples' houses get flooded by stinking river water and sewage. Nice. We live on higher ground so we don't get flooded but I feel really sorry for those that do.

The rivers around here are getting pretty bad, but nothing compared to that. I was pretty shocked by the level of the river Conwy last friday, as I didn't think it'd been raining that much, but still.

Good luck to all those afected by high water.

Well I live on a hill in Bradford and because I have the highest end terrace in the row I have emptied three buckets of water out per day from my cellar for about a week now.

Just runs off the street and into my cellar :(

I neeeeeeed to fix my wall!
