fitting a belly pan

I have been considering getting a belly pan for my Hornet. How easy is it to fit it? Do I have to be "mechanically" gifted or will just moderate level of skills do the trick (I basically know which way to turn a screw). Also what tools do I need? Anyone?

You, will need screwdrivers and allen keys at the very least...
