The boy turns 11 next month. There is already discernible fluff on the upper lip and some underarm follicle activity has been noted.
However, I have been reliably informed today that hair is now sprouting apace from the "ding dong" region (his words not mine  )
This is all happening a bit sooner that I was expecting. What am I supposed to do :?:  soothing words? start feeding him spanners and aftershave?
And FFS don't tell him I told you or I'll be in trouble!

Mummy's "Little Soldier" will soon be looked upon in a different light, especially after she finds his stash of err hum "adult" literature!
Can't wait until I reach puberty.

You won't get any more hair on your noggin when you do

He is already fairly stocky as it is though.
I wouldn't like to see him after a solid doze of Testosterone.
Shesh - You better hope he doesnt buy and SV and end up on here a few years down the line...

Big time.
Manys the night I wonder how I managed to reach 20. And I was only armed with a small two stroke.
But by Jesus I showed it who was boss.

I have no constructive advice. But, you could try telling him it's completely freakish, that'd be good value.

Hmmm, how long was it that the 'Top Speed' thread of Grinch's had lain dormant - 4 years! But then there''s enough on the internet to keep a young teenage boy occupied for a few more years rather then on a bike forum.

I would advise inviting your hot friends over.
And then having to go out for an emergency. For quite a long time.
Stock up on Barry White albums too.
I think you know what I am talking about.

One day... I will be sitting here, and think "no, I just can't post that, that's way too offensive."
One day.

He already is on here, and is no stranger to the Soho Massive as you know. He would probably lay claim to part ownership of several SVs on here already.

Most of the good laydeez are on here too!

When I was 14 my (good Irish Catholic) mother gave me a book on sex, saying 'this will help you with your Biology'. Perhaps I should have accepted it gracefully cos she was utterly shocked when I said 'I could have told you all this yesterday'.

see, modern yoot done all that already, so not the taboo it used to be and we're all cool on that subject.
The thing that's really bugging me is that he's only TEN. He's still my baby! Little boys' voices don't break whilst they're still at primary school!

In that case it maybe worth considering an edit of "ding dong" to "chest"

Although my voice didn't break till later, I already had hair there by primary school. It's not that unusual these days- kids generally develop a lot quicker because of our diets.[/i]

go grinch! the closet door is open....
My eldest son (10) is being a complete g*t to his younger brother, incredibly angry, disrespectful and generally not very nice. When we finish arguing, and talk about the core of it all he seems to genuinely not know why (or doesn't want to tell me) and sees the error of his ways ..... for it all to start again tomorrow (joy)
As a family we have issues, that i thought we were dealing with ok, but I have been doubting this recently due to his behaviour ..... maybe it is just puberty come early... actually I would feel better if it was ..... hummmmmm ? Seems so young tho?

He already has a nice scar from that particular 'trial' episode a while back. And got a good load of stick from various members of the Massive to go with it  I had to refit the bathroom to get rid of the bloodstains.

Ed had read the book and done the practical exercises outlined at the end of each chapter.
And gotten feedback* from the teacher.

Its not unusual for aomsone to develop at that age- Think i was 11/12 though when i finally started puberty. I still dont have enough hair on my face at 25 to grow a decent beard though!

I was about 16. Seriously.
Suddenly I become very strong... got a kid that was bullying me for the last couple of years and bounced him off a wall.
It's very odd. Suddenly you are a super hero. And impervious to pain. Shrug.
I'm glad I am not back there again. Now I am thirty... and this is the first time I have been able to grow a proper beard.

If its any comfort, me and my brother were little angels. Then when we hit our teens we used to fight all the time. Then when we grew out of our teens, we get on immensly well now. Puberty just makes boys confused and aggressive, and happens at different times for everyone.
I am also 25 and can't grow a beard to save my life haha, I have been ID'd SIX times while I've been 25
