Came off a curvy nekked (can’t see why it wouldn’t fit a pointy?) Distance between mounting plates is 21.5cm, so I guess it could fit any nekked bike with a headlight that is that width?!?!?

Here is a pic of one from a shop. I can take a pic of the one for sale if anyone is interested.

F.Fabbri Fly Screen (http://www.inter-bike.co.uk/inter-bikeshop/default.asp?numperpage=1&images=on&display=full&categoryid=312&searchstr=F3000GBEA&itemname=F.Fabbri%20Retro%20Glazed%20Motorcycle%20 Screen%20for%20Kawasaki,%20Motor%20Guzzi,%20Suzuki %20and%20Yamaha)

As you can see £50 in the shops

I'm interested mate, can you bung it in the post for £20? Also how is the effect on visibility -- I notice in the link you posted that it appears to be opaque, is it low enough that it's not a problem even with your head right down?

Cheers.

I'll weigh it and look into postage costs ... and take a pic of it/through it.

It is very dark, and its also slightly 'rough' to the touch, so not even optically perfect ... its there for purpose/show .... you wouldn't really want to be looking through it ... did you need one that you can see through clearly then?? :-k

here you go, this is an identical one on ebay eBay click (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=130076895486&ru=http%3A%2F%2Fsearch.ebay.co.uk%3A80%2Fsearch%2F search.dll%3Ffrom%3DR40%26satitle%3D130076895486%2 6fvi%3D1) ... (he has slapped a SIDI sticker on his though ;)) ... its exactly the same as that (mine has some insignificant scrapes that are no more severe than what you see on that one ... I'll take a pick if someone is seriously interested so you know exactly what you are getting before parting with cash 8)), as you can see from the pics, it is not realy the sort of thing you are going to be clearly looking through ;)

He also sold his for £21.02 with £7.50 postage ... so £28.52 all in ...

As its .org, I'll do mine for a fiver less ... £23 inc P&P :)

Do you have any pics with it on the bike? Just trying to get an idea of how high it is, my main concern is that I may fit clip-ons at some point which will make the riding position lower, and I wonder if an opaque screen will be a problem.

I'm thinking of just buying it anyway and worrying about that when the time comes!

If Paul M doesn't want it, put me down for it.
Exactly what I'm after :)
