A mate at work, after chasing for a week for his Graphics card (which was £10 next day delivery), after finding out the card had accidently been shipped to Holland instead of Luton....finally got his card today courtesy of DHL.

It's going back :) and through the tear in one side you can even see that the card isn't packaged in any kind of anti-static bag or water proof bag, just sat on foam pads.

Lol we did joke that it may have improved the card but he wanted a cheap card just to play some games as he's upgrading the entire machine later in the year anyway (to a PCI-X Rig) so didn't want to spend too much on a fancy card now that will be replaced again in 6 months =p
"They all do that sir"
"Really, I've never seen one do that before!"
"I'm sure it was fine when it arrived with your office"
"Buy Nvidia, this is your final warning"

You won't, they're always better
Just kidding, I don't have a problem with the hardware itself. It's those drivers............... :smt075 :smt075

Nah, the only redeeming feature of Nvidia is overclocking capability- if you compare any 2 equivalents at stock clocks the ATI usually wins either on price or on performance, but you're more likely to get a good overclock out of Nvidia so it tends to more or less balance out.
Well, that and power consumption, I got my 7950GT because my PSU would have struggled to run the ATI equivalent. And quietness- the stock coolers on ATIs are generally pretty horrible, and they run hotter than the equivalent Nvidias so even with an aftermarket cooler they tend to the loud.

How does something to to Holland instead of Luton? He should have gone to Watford Electronics in Luton, they're brilliant.

We want to know that too :)
It was next day delivery, after a week of chasing we find out it went to Holland Via Gatwick
He certainly got his £10 of deliveries worth!
If i got a package like that, i wouldnt have signed for it. He will now have to pay for the item to be returned, and go through the hassle that they might refuse it saying that its been damaged.
