Yep, I'll be there  .
KG the rideout tart, goes anywhere with anyone at anytime, does that mean i drink martini?
Was hoping to get one of the bunkhouses to save taking the tent but they are all booked. I've spoken to the owner but they don't do a cancelation list, but I can check if the availability changes regularly if anyone else fancies the bunk rather than a tent.
What's the plan??
Everyone staying Friday and Saturday?
Everyone Camping??
Looks to be just short of 200 miles, so is it a quick blat down on the Friday afternoon / evening and a nice leisurely route back up on the sunday?

200 miles? I'm up for that! I'd written this thread off 'cos I thought it would be at least as far south as the midlands where it was last year. Just looked up the postcode and got a pleasant surprise :D .
I'll be camping. July the weather will be warm if not 8) sunny
hoping to go but probably be travelling down early sat morning unless mum is feeling generous. unfortunately this year will need toput up my own tent. last year it was all put up while i enjoyed a few beers - still getting abuse about it today

Northwind (and any other interested parties) it looks like D1cky Ticker is planning his Scottish tour (http://forims.sv650.org/showthread.php?t=81748) for the following week so may be heading up on the Monday / Tuesday, but its still in the early planning stages.

I thought about that, if she was back on the friday it would have been a possibility, but its the saturday she's back, its not the sorta thing u can ask by text message either, so I'll need to wait till I see her in april.

Thats the tent pitch booked, both Friday and Saturday nights. Now who's sending the GF/Wife/Child down in the car 'cos the bar at the venue is booked out and we can't use it - so we're going to need beer supplies! There is a pub but we can't be there the whole time!
Talking about consumption of large amounts of beer, anybody know where you can buy those wee cheap breathalysers 'cos they'd be a good idea before the Saturday rideout. Always see them in petrol stations when you don't want one, then never when they might be a good idea for the following morning. The police in that area are *******s to bikers and if they hear we're having our ****-up followed by a rideout they'll be on us.

I think they periodically appear in the likes of "Lidl or Aldi" I'll keep my eyes open.
Thats me booked up as well, Friday and Sat, quite surprised he didn't want a deposit. Just need to tell her indoors that i'm going now, should be less explosive than telling her last year I was going to new york for a week.
