I’ve had the privilege to witness a most bizarre conversation and thought I would share it.
I was in the dealers having SV serviced, and was sitting at the services desk waiting.
Customer enters to show the salesman what may have been a fuel pump.
Can you repair this?
No, sorry you’ll need a new one, it’s too far worn.

I might have. What bike is it from?

Dunno, it’s red!
I can’t order a part for a red bike, they'll laugh at me. Do you know what make it is?

We’re the main Honda and Suzuki dealers, we don’t do Chinese stuff, try "1st Gear", they are just down the road!
